A detailed intake form is completed and extensively reviewed
which includes the personalities and beliefs of your family.

A 15 minute scheduled phone conversation

Nursery/bedroom evaluation

Sleep education and safe sleep practice education

Two weeks of daily email support seven days a week between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM

Add ons: $100

10 text messages for up to 3 months post the 2 week customizable plan for additional support.
